How Do I Get Fit - P90X, Insanity and Beachbody fitness Coaching. You can change your body. This is the place to start.

Greatness Is In The Moment Of Decision

We live in a world of instant gratification and on some levels, that’s AWESOME. I love shooting my phone signal at satellites bee-booping and orbiting our planet in space and have the same signal come back with directions on how to navigate the heck out of a Florida freeway I’ve never seen in my life. I love being able to communicate with friends and family by typing a few keys and pressing “send”. On the other hand, it’s kind of made us a little lazy because well, we want everything NOW. And if we don’t get what we want in a set time frame of when we want it, well… we quit.

“The reason diets and other how-to’s don’t work for most people… isn’t that the actions are wrong. It’s that people don’t keep doing them. Greatness is always in the moment of the decision [to do or not].” — Jeff Olson

Does P90X Work? I don’t think that’s even a question any more but…Yes. Only if you follow the program. Does Insanity work? Yes. But only if you follow the program.

See where this is going? Yes, I’m a broken record as I say it all the time…results don’t happen overnight. They don’t even happen in a couple weeks. Results happen over time and to have faith in that simple fact– the fact we reap what we sow– will allow you to achieve things you didn’t think were possible as you make the choice every day to get after it.

See, there’s always two outcomes when we quit (or soft quit– choosing not to do what we know we should)… especially when it comes to P90X or any other fitness program:

“Keep Pressing Play”: Acheive the results you wanted when you first bought the program.

Quit/Find Excuse: Sink back into the medicrity and frustration you were swimming in before you lit that spark of motivation.

Barring injury, I know anyone can complete P90X or their program of choice. I know you can change the trajectory of your life. You just need to make the decision every day and DO IT.

As always, I’ll be your biggest fan.

You have to get your mind right before you can accomplish anything!

We live in a “microwave society” and patience seems to be scare. But this journey is every day! Thanks for sharing!
