How Do I Get Fit - P90X, Insanity and Beachbody fitness Coaching. You can change your body. This is the place to start.

be·lieve [bih-leev] -lieved, -liev·ing. verb (used without object)
1. To have confidence in the truth, the existence, or the reliability of something, although without absolute proof that one is right in doing so: Only if one believes in something can one act purposefully.

If you’ve finished P90X, you know it works. You’re a believer and in most cases, you want to spread the love. If you haven’t completed the program (not the workouts… the PROGRAM), you may be wondering. You may not have seen the results you wanted in the time you expected them. Life may have jumped in the way. You may be on the start-stop cycle that leads to nowhere. In all of these cases, you may be missing a critical element: Believing you CAN.

As cliche as all the “You Gotta BELIEVE!!” stuff sounds, you have to believe. What you’re about to undertake, what you are undertaking, what you HAVE undertaken is absolutely, 100% possible.

BELIEVE Those Success Stories Are Simply You A Couple Months Down The Road

I’ve had success. So have many others (The “stars of You Tube”, I like to call them)… but the fact is you don’t need to put the successful ones up on a pedestal– they’re no one but people who are just a few steps ahead of you, the ones who started a day or two earlier and just a few days ago were right where you were. They didn’t do anything special, they just DID. And you can too.

BELIEVE You Deserve– and can have–An Infomercial Body

After all… why wouldn’t you deserve success? Why shouldn’t you have more energy, feel healthier, have your batteries charged with motivation and accomplishment? You aren’t resigned to the body crappy eating and inactivity have given you. It’s not you and it’s not, “just the way it is”. Simple changes as laid out in P90X, P90X2, Insanity, or Asylum will hold your hand to success. You just have to believe you can do it.

Believe. Endure. Succeed.

In the mean time, I’m Dan Vinton… let’s get this belief train started
