How Do I Get Fit - P90X, Insanity and Beachbody fitness Coaching. You can change your body. This is the place to start.

The Rumor Mill- 2012 Summit Edition

It’s been a while since the last Rumor Mill but with Beachbody Summit 2013 2012 having unleashed a ton of new information I thought this was the best format to dish it up with. So while it’s not technically rumors… it’s fact… this is still stuff in the pipeline that I’m genuinely excited about.

Without further ado:

Insanity Asylum: Volume 2

Insanity Asylum is easily a compilation of some of the most intense, booty-kicking workouts you may ever do and has tied with P90X and P90X2 in my list of favorite workouts. If you noticed, Asylum always had the title “Volume 1″… and now comes volume 2. Set to release in the fall, Asylum Volume 2 looks to be even tougher and more intense. Moves are more complicated, with more resistance and more intensity. There’s an agility sequence that’s roughly 8-10 bits of jumping and footwork per move. As always, I’ll keep you posted with official details as I get them.

In the mean time, here’s a sneak peek:

Les Mills: Combat

You know Les Mills: Pump… the at-home barbell training based on BodyPump. If you have Les Mills: Pump and picked up the bonus three workouts, you’re familiar with Combat (review here). As it turns out, Combat is now receiving its OWN training program as Beachbody expands the Les Mill home workout line. It’s all MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) based training and releases in December of this year with the trademark Les Mills “rhythm” style. Details coming soon, but in the mean time, check this out:

Shakeology: Chocolate Vegan

We all know and– for those who use it– love Shakeology. I’m a big fan and have been for some time… and with Tropical Vegan having hit earlier this year, you had to know Chocolate Vegan would be coming soon thereafter– and it has. You can get all the details on the the Vegan line here and even more Shakeology info here if you’re looking for the skinny on the supplement but Ok, great… HOW DOES IT TASTE? Well, I did get the opportunity to give it a shot and… I’m changing my Home Direct order to Chocolate Vegan. While not as sweet as the regular chocolate, I like it better. It’s got a darker chocolate, cocoa taste– so it’s more “earthy”. But mixed with add-ins like peanut butter or banana, you’d be hard-pressed to even tell the difference.

P90X Workouts Exclusive To Coach Dan and How Do I Get Fit

As a P90X Certified Coach, I’ve been trained in depth on the P90X program with all marketing hype stripped aside. Besides being able to help you understand and work through P90X beyond “I’ve done it” and into the hows and whys, here’s where having linked up with me pays off for you as a P90X user/fan! As the 35th P90X Certified Coach in the world, I will begin receiving new workouts which I can then pass on to you. These are workouts you won’t find on Beachbody, Team Beachbody or any other coach not P90X Certified. I went through one of the workouts at Summit and let me say… it’s legit.

I’ll be receiving two relatively soon– a Cardio-based X style workout based around 50 seconds of cardio with a 10 second burst to finish off each move. 20 moves total… it’ll make you sweat. The other is a totally revamped Mixed Martial Arts workout that’s 100% legit and will have MMA purists cheering.

You know I’ll keep you posted as soon as I receive it, but it’s a great way of being able to say “Thank You” to those of you who’ve signed up to have me as your coach. And if you haven’t signed up for free coaching with me, well… here’s how
