P.A.P. (Post Activiation Potentiation) In P90X2… Again

I covered P90X2’s crown jewel of Post-Activation Potentiation (PAP) in big, satisfying detail right here but in the mean time there’s been a video put out there which has Dr. Marcus Elliot (PAP applied to Pro Sports practitioner/trainer extraordinaire) talking about PAP and its use. Dr. Marcus Elliot supervised this whole section of P90X2 and added a ton of value and sports science know-how to Phase III. In many aspects, you’ll be training on an NBA, MLB and NFL level.

What’s incredible about this video is seeing some of these moves performed with power and speed at the P3 training center. I know it’s geeky stuff but this is athletic performance realized in a home program, which is saying a lot:
