Les Mills Combat Calendar and Schedules

Kia Kaha! So you know Les Mills Combat allows you to bring the butt-kicking, ear-to-ear smiling energy of the Les Mills Body Combat experience home. With a focus on Mixed Marital Arts (MMA) style workouts combined with pumping tracks in 4-6 minute workout sequences, Combat keeps things varied, fun and sweaty– just how we like it.

If you’ve ordered the Combat program, you’ve probably seen the program schedules come in the guide and aren’t available in a pull out, post-able wall calendar or worksheet. But you knew we had you covered, right? How Do I Get Fit has created a printable calendar for each of the Les Mills Combat workout schedules: Warrior, Supreme Warrior and Ultimate Warrior:

If you didn’t purchase the Ultimate Warrior Kit, you can purchase the Ultimate Warrior workouts separately RIGHT HERE. They are not included in the Warrior and Supreme Warrior packages.

    I love your calendars for each individual workout, unfortunately your link for the Warrior calendar is actually a duplicate of the Supreme Warrior calendar can you upload the Warrior one, thanks!!!!

    My husband and I are gonna start Combat on Feb 18th after we wrap up our current program. I’m really excited about it and hope it will help me continue my weight loss.
