    I was given the Les Mills Combat as a second hand gift, but there was no 60 day calendar.
    Have no idea of how to follow the program along for 60 days.
    Can anyone help by emailing the calendar or posting it for me?
    Worst case scenario, if someone can price just the calendar I will be glad to pay.
