Tracking your progress is one way to keep the motivation going and set new goals for yourself every workout. After all, how do you know where you’re going if you don’t know where you’ve been?

To help you in you track your progress to a lean, mean fat-burning machine (and to keep things all one-stop-shop here at HDIGF), we’ve added a new page with the official worksheets for P90X, P90X+, Insanity, ChaLEAN Extreme and RevAbs. You’ll also find OFFICIAL hybrid workouts to keep things both interesting and challenging when you’re finished with your first round of P90X.

You can find them under “Tips & Worksheets” in the horizontal menu above– tucked all cozily between “Join The Team” and “Q & A”. Click “Worksheets” from the drop-down tab, pick your favorite program and print to your hearts content.
