Brad’s P90X Progress at Day 30

Since we’re a team of like-minded folks out to improve both our outlook on life and our fit in a swimsuit, I wanted to keep everyone updated on other’s progress and successes.

Meet Brad C. As it turns out, Brad C. is awesome, straight from the UK and representing it real proper-like.

Brad began P90X about five weeks ago. He’s been generous enough to share his 30-Day progress photos with us here at HDIGF and Man… Dude is making some serious progress. In just 30 days he’s lost 10 pounds and as you can see, zapped all kinds of mayo through his chest and waist while gaining muscle and definition in his arms, shoulders and pecs– not to mention some eye-popping progress in his back. Brad’s been super-focused on his nutrition and accountability… and it’s definitely showing.

Click the images above to “embiggen”, then prepare to offer up big high fives and fist-bumps to Brad who’s not only bringing it every morning, but doing it all and inspiring others in the UK… where Beachbody currently doesn’t even have an official presence. Looking forward to Day 60, Brad- Cheers!
