Take Breaks If You Need To…

So I’m taking some “in spirit” advice from Tony Horton and Shaun T. and grabbing a quick holiday break…I’ll be stepping away for some R & R this holiday weekend and won’t be posting over the next few days, which drives me bonkers as I like seeing sequential numbers in those post dates but well…. sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. And I gotta take advantage of this 4-day weekend!

Have a great, healthy and safe Independence Day weekend (or regular weekend as the case may be for our International pals) and amidst all the fireworking and grilling, squeeze in those workouts, think about what you’re eating/drinking and keep your focus on the results you’ve achieved or are working toward. I’ll meet you on the other side of July 4!

    It’s now the other side of the 4th and I would prefer to get back to work. it’s taking me a week to get over all the fun:) Hope you had a good one Dan.

    a break every once in a while is always needed just to unwind. feels great when u get back in the routine though!
